For over 25 years, the JUST BUILD IT! Construction Career Expo has inspired Michigan’s youth to explore careers in the commercial construction industry. This year’s event takes place on Tuesday, October 7th, from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds. Hosted by the Washtenaw Contractors Association and WCA Foundation, the event draws over 1,600 students annually to explore skilled trades, see live demos from architects and engineers, and connect with industry pros.
This year's MiCareerQuest Southeast takes place on November 18th at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. This event connects thousands of students with construction professionals for hands-on experience with real tools, linking education to careers and internships.
